Probably the most claustrophobic shower in bedroom ever.
Can anyone read the date on the stone in pic 13? Can read July 13th.

Also not a pretty location overlooking a council car park and road outside home is entrance to the primary school https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/108608252#/streetView?channel=RES_BUY
What a funny layout.  Downstairs there are no windows at the front, and upstairs there are no windows at the back.
I thought the days of bricking up to avoid the window tax were long gone.

Can you be bothered to get the mower out?
I would remove the grass and replace with membrane then gravel.

Don’t give Dishy Rishi ideas about what he could tax next!

I think you would need one of those 4 wheel Mountfields, otherwise it would take ages to mow
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

That really is the lawn you could cut with nail scissors. :)

I lived in a small terrace house with a small front lawn and a not very much larger rear lawn.  I used to mow it with a 12" Suffolk Punch petrol mower, such is my hatred of dragging a cable behind an electric mower.  I think I was the only one on the estate to have a petrol mower.  I guess today I would have a cordless mower for a small lawn but that was not an option 30 years ago.

It might work if they create a flower bed rather than a tiny lawn.

I think I'd be on to the developer to fix a snag by installing a slab.
