Who remembers sitting in the hallway to make a telephone call?5 -
On the face of it anywhere else in the country and they would add another zero to that price. It's near the shops and town centre, it's in good condition and spacious.Dandie89 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/117017882

I can only conclude that Hull must be a real dump.0 -
If I had a hallway like that I perhaps still would.Dandie89 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/117017882

Agreed. It's a pretty little market town with some fantastic 16th and 17th century pubs and architecture, the lovely Minster, the beautiful open space of Beverley Westwood and a great weekend market. And some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. (I'm not from there btw! I just visit friends who live there).luvchocolate said:

Only issue I can see with that apartment is that it's on the main A-road through the town so may be a little noisy. Plus a £204 p.m. service charge.2 -
Luxury! Our telephone was in a red box in the next street.Dandie89 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/117017882

I agree, I live about twenty minutes drive from Beverley and we go there regularly for the market and evenings out.Snow_Angel said:
