For disability it's usually better to have a separate shower room and toilet. Grab handles around the toilet and no slippery floors...

Best to not look at it for too long - there is a bit of a concerning lack of symmetry that is certainly headache inducing once you realise it's there. The south facing (?) windows being the worst.

Looking at other for sale prices and SSTC in that same area, it could be a bargain for someone who has the skills to renovate
