    Huh... I don't know the area - is that a decent price?

    Feels expensive for a 1bed with those kind of restrictions/only 84 yr lease that, IMO, doesn't benefit from any apparent real character/original features to make up for it...

    See, now, I don't want a period property myself - but if you're going to have to live with the restrictions of a listed building... at least that one gives you something back for your trouble; the other one, to my eye, could have been built post war for all the charm it had.
