Agreed, though I'm intrigued by it, given there's no sign of airconditioning within the house. Been there since Google Street View went past in 2008 so perhaps just a defunct bit of kit nobody could be bothered removing.Bonniepurple said:

To be fair, the EA blurb does say that the place needs a total refurb. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Yes, when I posted, I though ac unit would be the obvious answer but very old (pre 2008) no sign of aircon in the house itself so seems defunct. Plus tiny extractor fan in the bathroom - which also may not even still work .user1977 said:

Well I can tell you for 2 decent sized bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom, for the nearby area (which I recently moved out of so not for me, but have been monitoring prices for several years) that is a pretty cheap asking price (now sold) and the garden is do-up able compared to some jungles we have seen on here. A buyer with a reliable builder could make quite a profit on it.goldfinches said:
Nope, not a clue, sorry, but if you're thinking of buying it I'd appreciate advance notice of your preferred brand of disinfectant so that I can buy some shares before their price rises!Patr100 said:Has anyone got any idea what the metallic structure on the side of this house could be?

Seriously, just looking at the amount of work necessary in the back garden made me feel tired. I feel sorry for both vendor and purchaser.1 -
Not sure applying the Exorcist/Norman Bates Motel filter is going to help sales in this case:

Thought I was reading the floorplan wrong on this one at first but yes, the window for the master bedroom is internal and looks into the communal hallway!! https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/71671974#/

At least the window appears to have frosted glass.0

Looks like one of my fluffballs - A chonky B&W tux.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
