Are there? There's a lot of smallholdings in Wales, and with a brief pause after the Crash of 2008/9 there's been a steady stream of people interested in buying them at 'cheap' prices compared with those in England.

I'd not want to sell mine right now. When the SHTF, those of us out in the sticks will fare better than those cooped up in the cities.

I wouldn't buy that one anyway. Apart from having to be a Hobbit, even the agent suggests one would be just swapping one set of externally imposed rules for others:

Nope, not a clue, sorry, but if you're thinking of buying it I'd appreciate advance notice of your preferred brand of disinfectant so that I can buy some shares before their price rises! 
Seriously, just looking at the amount of work necessary in the back garden made me feel tired. I feel sorry for both vendor and purchaser.
