With the shower inbuilt into the perhaps, formally airing cupboard - it will be a massive issue with damp and mould. A colleague bought a property with a shower like this - plus bathroom was other side of the wall. They removed the shower, knocked wall down to replace it with eating 15 inches from bedroom. The wall which knocked down had loads of damp on it.
