True.  And terraced in more ways than one.
Most important - spot the cat.
This is actually just down the street from me and I know this cat. When I first moved here I had an electrician doing some work in my main bedroom. As the electrician was leaving he told me he let my cat out, the "fat black one", he said. I was confused. Turns out this cat came in when the electrician got back from lunch, sat on my bed while the electrician was doing the job, pretended to live here, and then asked the electrician to let him out before being found out. I am just down the street and about 120% certain this is the same cat.

BTW, I think being terraced in this way brings the price down. This is very affordable for this area - houses same size on the next street - granted they're Victorian - sell for half a million.

A beautiful house but the picture in the bathroom made me chuckle!
God that kitchen  flooring is awful. So obviously fake.
    I think it's beautiful
Personally Iove wooden flooring and equally  hate laminate.

Plus a bathroom. The property has three 'bathrooms' which doesn't work.

Some interesting design choices. Quite a lot of wood cladding, horse brass collection mounted on cork in the hall. What look like original radiators in some of the downstairs rooms. Exposed stone in the landing. Large slatted window in the roof.

    And a garden by M. C. Escher...
That exposed brickwork in the kitchen isn't going to be clean.  We tile behind work surfaces for good reason.

I have a couple of questions here:
    1. Whats going on with the picture of the front of the house. Out of focus, too big, and just move the bins!! Why wouldn't you just move the bins?!? I just don't understand the thought process of vendors, or even some EA's when listing properties!
    2. I think the phrase "fully refurbished" is a stretch a best, apart from the bathroom, which looks like it's been fitted out recently, but what's going on with the shower? Is it me, or is that the shower I can see through the mirror and if so, am I right in saying you'll be showering over a bucket?? I'm getting flash backs to Gavin and Stacey when they went to view that flat and Gavin is holding the shower head over Stacey's head, in the kitchen!!
Looks like the previous occupiers were Indian: there are Indian ornaments and textiles, and the 'wet' bathroom with large squeegee is a typical Indian setup.  All Indian bathrooms have a bucket, but it's not used in connection with the shower!

Ah, good point. Now you've said that I understand the bucket situation.
