I think it's a lens effect, the bath is incredibly short if that picture is not distorted. Why the cot would be in the bathroom I'm not sure...
Pop the baby in for a nap whilst having a nice relaxing bath knowing that they are still sleeping sound?
Ahh the elusive sleeping baby... ..and in a house that size leaving the doors open from baby's room to the bathroom may not cut it.

What's with the large cot in the bathroom in pic 19? If its for someone who is disabled, cannot see other items you see in houses with a disabled person - stairlifts, toilet surrounds etc.
What's an 'Hour Room'?  Bottom left of the ground floor on the floor plan.  Not something I have heard of before.
According to the description it is 'the Flour Room'. Presumably where they stored flour at some time in the house's history. At £3m you might think the estate agents would ensure the details were free of typos.
I think it's probably a 'Flower Room'. Somewhere for the servants or 'lady of the house' to arrange the flowers brought in by the gardener.
It looks like a converted mill, so may be flour.

The description of what is in the utility room, seems a little misleading / ambitious when you look at the plans.....with all those doors!?

Crazy number of doors you're right. I saw the name of the road and was pretty sure it was some new estate that a council "team" sat down and thought how to name. You can see the brainstorming.....trees?  Nah we did trees 18 times already.....birds.....nah 11 times..... Famous people from Swindon? Nah....Lamarr Boulevard and Messenger Street sound daft....New boy: how about gemstones?....oooh that will sound upmarket.

I wonder how many times Onyx Close residents have to repeat their address.

Two toilets plus a shower on the ground floor. One toilet on the top floor. No bathrooms... It is going to be a money pit for sure, especially with it being G2 listed.
Wonder how much land comes with it..
Her courage will change the world.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

    It comes with 1.5 acres.

It's been on the market for 10 months so buyers aren't jumping at the opportunity.
