What's with the large cot in the bathroom in pic 19? If its for someone who is disabled, cannot see other items you see in houses with a disabled person - stairlifts, toilet surrounds etc.

Probably got the biggest ratio of number of books:number of bedrooms
An easy spot the cat too
Amateur time compared with my mother's house. There was even a bookshelf on the wall facing you halfway down the stairs!

I think it's a lens effect, the bath is incredibly short if that picture is not distorted. Why the cot would be in the bathroom I'm not sure...

What's an 'Hour Room'?  Bottom left of the ground floor on the floor plan.  Not something I have heard of before.

I have no idea.  I looked online and the only results related to renting hotel rooms by the hour!  Popular with certain types of businessmen, I'm led to believe.....

Where you keep your clocks? Can't figure out if any of the photos depict it.

Pop the baby in for a nap whilst having a nice relaxing bath knowing that they are still sleeping sound?

Odd layout on the second floor, with the the centre 2 bedrooms only accessible by passing through another bedroom, also odd that each of the 4 rooms is a different width.

According to the description it is 'the Flour Room'. Presumably where they stored flour at some time in the house's history. At £3m you might think the estate agents would ensure the details were free of typos.
I think it's probably a 'Flower Room'. Somewhere for the servants or 'lady of the house' to arrange the flowers brought in by the gardener.
