Re the organ house, a relative of mine built an extension at his previous house solely to accommodate his organ.

I've seen a few of these. I'm wondering what they sell for at auction.Almost nill chance of being allowed to build on it, but if I lived in one of the adjoining houses I would like it for a modest sum to enlarge my garden.Even that may be difficult as you would probably not be allowed a fence, the best you could do is plant a hedge and when that has grown let the fence to the side of your garden fall down.0 -
Not to mention the added complication of a streetlamp in the middle.in_my_wellies said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/commercial-property-for-sale/property-88301572.html

If it was in the middle of Oxford I could understand how desirable it may be to turn into parking. But here? Only the adjoining neighbours may be interested.0 -
I'm using a 32 inch screen. I can just about find the base of one but even in 3 D mode, they don't stick out as I'd expect.Davesnave said:
I'd guess it depends on the size of your screen, but I found them easily enough too. A feature which creates a real buzz; you'd think more people would want one.daivid said:
Do they? I can still see them, admittedly they can be hard to spot in the overhead view but once seen they are clearly there.Patr100 said:
Interesting how the pylons and wires seem to disappear when you view in Google Satellite view.Tiglet2 said:Always slightly suspicious when there are no outside pics until over half way through, but wasn't expecting the unique garden feature - check out streetview on the street behind too.

The council are selling it. In the legal pack you find out it can't be used for parking or to extend the boundary of neighbouring properties.ProDave said:in_my_wellies said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/commercial-property-for-sale/property-88301572.html

Pretty useless then. It just becomes your responsibility to mow and pick up the dog muck. You would have to pay me to own it to cover the cost of those obligations.quotememiserable said:

Perhaps rent it out as a message board for drones. You can paint things like Wenger Out or Iquotememiserable said:The council are selling it. In the legal pack you find out it can't be used for parking or to extend the boundary of neighbouring properties.
