Not only does it appear to have a flying freehold over 2 shops, but it's built on top of another 2 storey building. With minimal outside space and no apparent parking and I know it's the Jurassic Coast, but £900K seems excessive.

It's got a lot of drawbacks (not least that the heating bills must be massive!) and is likely overpriced, but my goodness do the photos  make the views look lovely. They had a beautiful day for taking the pictures and the house has a lot of natural light.

It's because Jane Austin has no association with Lyme Regis.  She was famously a resident of Montego Bay.

Yes, I remember when they commemorated Jane by naming a car after her, the Austin Montego. Not alot of people know that.

A picture of the house that's being sold? What's wrong with that?

It's particularly an appealing property visually, but that is the reality of the situation. Potential buyers are going to see it at some point, so why not just be honest about it from the start.

uuhm but maybe it comes with the dog. the dog seems very good

You mean that thing next to the signpost? Looking closer I think it may be a motorbike chained , with a cover ? not  rubbish on the street.
