PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Doesn't help that there appears to be very few windows in the property, and some of the ones on the ground floor look out onto a large brick wall. They should have gone in the opposite direction with the decor; plenty of light, bright colours. The picture looking down the stairwell makes it seem like a prison block.
Mind you, I'd take it over that revolting grey Essex 'mansion' posted earlier at the princely sum of 9.5 mil. Never seen such an utterly tasteless/tacky property. The neighbours in their rather more understated red brick properties must cringe every time they look out of the bedroom windows at that beast with its astroturfed gardens.4 -

Money and taste are not always the best of bedfellows. This is my old flat after a property developer 'weaved their magic' over it and added a cool £1m to the price. I have nothing but contempt for it.
