I’m confused by the floor plan - where does the door off the 2nd floor bathroom go? And isn’t two flights of stairs between the kitchen and living room rather tiring?3

I'm a bit confused about this onewww.rightmove.co.uk/commercial-property-for-sale/property-86064089.htmlIs this a veiled attempt to increase the price of the house that requires this land for access? Surely there will be a RoW/easement, so what could any potential purchaser do with it? Put up a toll booth?

Put up a toll booth? It looks like a new house has been / is in the process of being built at the back.Perhaps there is an access dispute, like a ROW to the existing house may not extend to a new house built behind, so is in effect a ransom strip if the builder of the new house wants to actually get to it?
