20 working days, that is. I would say that's pretty normal for auctions. All you really need to do is get your money together, you've already done your due diligence.

Personally, having seen the photo of it on the edge of the cliff, I’m not sure that I would even visit, let alone buy it!

Photo 20 is absolutely dreamy. Interiors need a little updating though.
Many decades ago someone was going to drain the lake and create a trailer park. Mrs N saved it, restored the lake and introduced otters.
Hope someone as nice buys it
