This one is curious. Ground and first floor were clearly remodelled in the 1970s. The top floor flat is still quite edwardian in style. https://www.carlajonesestateagents.com/properties/20759774/sales#/descriptionshow7

An awful lot of money has been spent on very personal features. There must be a rather limited market for people wanting a home with a 'professionally installed basketball court'.Patr100 said:

My thoughts as well.
There was a distinctly juvenile aspect to the entire house decor ( not to mention the mini sporting arena) that suggested to me a measurable lack of mature adult development.
The property is only fit for someone similarly challenged.0 -
That could be a beautiful home - but won't be cheap.Green_hopeful said:This one is curious. Ground and first floor were clearly remodelled in the 1970s. The top floor flat is still quite edwardian in style. https://www.carlajonesestateagents.com/properties/20759774/sales#/descriptionshow1 -

Still prefer a bit of personality to fifty shades of grey. I’d keep some of it if I had it.Patr100 said:0 -
