I can see this would be completely divisive but I love it!  https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-82815223.html
It's just so perfectly 70s and I can almost imagine being the people commissioning it!

Which appears to include a need to walk through the en suite to get into the master bedroom (at least the bog is separate).

Definite marmite house. I'm in the not liking it camp.

Haha, hadn't noticed that!  I wonder what the original owners were thinking when they made that choice?  I think that's what I like about it, it's so weird, I like pondering what their motivations were for particular design and layout choices.  Slow news day ;)

That’s because it’s the only bathroom on That floor so if you are a guest and use it... then I hope The master bedroom has a door too... though jack and Jill bathrooms always scare me!

Next door sold for £935k earlier this year. If whoever has had an offer accepted got it for anywhere near the £700k asking price they could have a good buy there. Although it clearly needs extensive work it shouldn't cost £235k to do a good renovation job on it.

It's sad to think that someone was living in there until recently though. It has clearly been a much loved house that has fallen into disrepair.

Just a shame that the floor plan isn't for a mid terrace house...

Can see that being turned into flats, esp with the kitchen sink in one of the bedrooms.

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-77448184.html So it will be so smelly with that damp. Also another case of caravan in the back garden. There's an access path to the back five doors down from the property
