EA is hoping someone is dumb enough to think that walk-in closet could be a bedroom. Despite it being about 20% smaller than the minimum bedroom size for a child under the Housing Act.

I wonder how much it will cost to do the basement and first floor extensions and how much an estate agent would market it for once the work is complete.   A great example of the location adding an exceptionally high premium!

Judging by the fading on the carpet there was a bed next too it. So was it something at the foot of a bed perhaps?
