Some of the bedrooms look like they're from a dated B&B. Maybe they were trying to use some of the upstairs rooms for Airbnb so some of the downstairs rooms were used as bedrooms for themselves.1 -
One of my favourite places to visit in Scotland is Helensburgh. One of the attractions for me is its housing stock. Lots of lovely, well built properties, elegantly maintained in a traditional style with prices that would make the Southerners weep

It’s a site that will cost say £500k to build out to your own specifications. At the end of it, will you have a property worth £3m? To be frank, I haven’t a clue, as I don’t know prices in the area. However, within the total, the site is the main cost, and the building works almost just petty cash.RelievedSheff said:
