That is nice!  Another one that will, sadly, end up being gutted.  It's a shame that there doesn't seem to be much desire to preserve the character of such places.

Seems a bargain at £275K. But has no rear garden, just small front and side, could be damp problems in loft conversion which suffers with sloping rooves and every room needs renovating and poss new CH system

This is a beauty. No wonder it sold within 24 hours. Not only is it beautifully presented (it was actually inhabited right up until recently) but I particularly like how the northern rear quarter has subsided to the extent you'll soon be able to see the sky when you're having a bath.
