The photo has gone. There was one of the black and white cat and it's human at the back door.

I found out that if you make a viewing enquiry on RightMove and you tick the required box option , that your home isn't yet on the market that you are seen as a potential client (it was in the internal message forwarding system they had) so they then use the viewing as an opportunity to get you to sell your place with them. Otherwise if you haven't got an offer or a mortgage offer, you aren't really in a viable (to them) position to seriously view houses other than for curiosity. I did get to view a couple of places early but (being London) by the time you were in any position to make an offer later  they were gone.

Nah, too near a watercourse. That's going to add at least £40 per year to my home insurance.

Its not the only problem you may have if that house belongs to who I think it belongs to. Can you tell what it is yet!
