Very likely. At a previous house we owned, a builder got hold of a very small plot at the bottom of our neighbours garden. He built a pad for his teenage son. Building regs demand a toilet downstairs so that was where it was placed with just a shower upstairs alongside the bedroom. Now you can't tell me..........RHemmings said:

Given the dust and cobwebs, I’d say it’s been years.Green_hopeful said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/159358241?utm_campaign=property-details&utm_content=buying&utm_medium=sharing&utm_source=copytoclipboard&fbclid=IwY2xjawJaPEFleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHVSUehvvjhQIR9IbGW7S9wavUlv64QuS5RCw5MrBnQLsaIewQgoK6uce-Q_aem_VjTNKdYRdruklH2rvwZ3FA#/?channel=RES_BUYLovely stained glass and bathroom.0 -
Looks like it’s been empty for a while. Was nice and tidy in 2009. Not so much in 2023.

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
