Over priced. The neighbours have sold for £200,000 to £220,000 in 2020. Can’t believe prices have risen that much. The house looks dated (like the neighbours did) and the furniture makes it look worse than it is.

Not only that, they actually increased the asking price by 50k since it was listed last year.

Well for a start, that staircase wouldn't pass building regs for safety since the walls were removed.

Definitely mould in the corner of the bathroom wall/ceiling.

Very impressed with the pallet bed bases and the large number of model aircraft.
