A Grade 2 listed chapel in Tooting for sale.   It’s adjoined by former almshouses.
It looks like it’s been on the market previously, perhaps planning permission was refused:

Yeah, the EA's map placing is also well off, the actual address is 9 Millbank, not far from MI5 offices.
Notable though, Central London being London , how these pricey exclusive places  have the vulgarity of a bus stop just outside for the masses.
