This is another piece of land being sold 'cheap', when it would be extremely valuable if planning permission could be obtained.

The listing seems to try to make it look tempting that planning permission could be obtained, but several attempts for planning permission have been made in the past and refused. The listing shows an artist's impression of houses being built on the site. There's also a map showing which houses want the site to stay the way it is, and which houses preferred 'improvements to the site' (which doesn't literally mean that they definitely approve of housing.)
Looking up the planning permission applications, I see the below:
(I realise that others can look up the applicant's name and address and the application number as they are public, but I decided to not post them myself.)
