A 2 bedroom house, (badly) hacked into 3 bedrooms.
I think the previous photos were better, no wait perhaps a winning entry for worst photos ever. https://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices/details/england-54025974-58824675?s=9ff901d109ab5814e17c241e1d44d63a6b1994b19e970b2ad2fa75bdf2038b00#/

to be fair they are marginally better if you maximise them.

What a tastefully decorated and superbly maintained property this is and such a bargain!

Sorry I lied, it's an overpriced dump and that's being offensive to dumps!

Zoopla estimates the value of the property at £933,000. If that was true, then it would actually be worth it at £700,000 as there's still £233,000 to renovate the property with.

No, I'm not saying it's a bargain. But, it says something about London prices.

I wouldn't trust any Zoopla estimates.

I counted 6 3 bedroom houses within half a mile ready to move into for £800K or less, so to make any money out of that you would have to renovate from a wreck for under £100K.  Best of luck with that.

I don't, which is why I put 'If that was true' in. Given recent sale prices the property in good condition should be worth at least £800K, which would still allow quite a bit for renovation.

Have to speak to the property flippers on YouTube saying that they would renovate a tip property for £10K including new kitchen and bathroom.

On another thread, it was said that the average price to renovate a three bedroom property is about £76,900 if I remember correctly.

Note, I'm not saying that this property is worth the £700K, but it says something about London prices that the £700K might work for someone if renovation is included. It will depend if the problems are just cosmetic (albeit terrible cosmetics) or more structural. And whether it was bought by someone who can do a lot of work themselves.

@ProDave thinks you would be lucky to renovate that for £100K and I tend to agree. If that place was detached, it would be "send in the bulldozers".
