Day 10 NSD for me, behind target as the blooming extra expense with the dentist put paid to my planned no spend days. Anyway can’t be helped and I’m starting to feel better now.  Got a busy week next week planned and seeing as there are only 9 days left in the month I definitely won’t be getting to target 😭

Another visit to the dentist today, over £50.00 in 2 days and less than 2 minutes in the dentist chair each visit .....anyway I’ve got antibiotics now, and apart from some nausea, I think I might be feeling a bit better. Still haven’t got another NSD though x

NSD  15/20  for me  today. determined to  stay  on track. those  unplanned  expenses  are  a  pain quite literally  happy Monday some  are  unavoidable  but  at least  you  are  aware of where the  ££s  are  going rather  than  a mindless fritter  away  x

Happy Monday, remember 20 is a pretty high target anyway in a month with 29 days and you had unexpected things that cropped up, so it can't be helped xx
