Assuming that last is true. There is an obligation to give any information you have that may identify the driver. So if either of you actually know or strongly suspect that a particular family member has committed the offence you do have to dob them in.0

It's not clear from the OPs timeline. It seems as if the OP suspects a particular individual of the fraudulent registration and it may well be asked of the sister if they have any relevant knowledge. I'm suggesting it would be a good idea to offer this information to police or court rather than be suspected of collusion.I need to think of something new here...0
