Yes sadly I didn't get it. But they told me it only came down to someone else having knowledge I didn't and they hoped I would apply again in the future. This role comes up wvrry 6 months or so. If nothing else comes up in mean time I will reapply and also get the knowledge I am missing.

On side note. I tested positive for covid today and feeling pretty rubbish.

Still feeling rubbish from covid. Been having food delivered when I have fancied something on my credit card. Its still 0% until March so that's something but need to reign it in again. Also spent loads money on cold and flu tablets which seem to be helping a bit. Why did I have to get it in the middle of a heatwave urgh.

That's a bit of a kick in the teeth week.  Don't push yourself too hard when you are clear again, this latest batch leaves you sluggish for a few weeks, so accept that and go with it.  if you push yourself you will be out for longer (yes - personal experience!!)
I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
Smiling and waving and looking so fine

Thanks I'll try and take it easy. Though I'm doing a 1m step challenge at the moment and now behind by quite a bit. At least I have until end of Sept to complete it.

Don’t worry about adding to the credit card for food, when your feeling better you can’t tighten your belt with your grocery shopping. Needs must .

Hope is doesn’t last much  longer.

So as of yesterday I am officially covid free. I still have a little cough and tire easily but hoping that will ease up over next few days. Had but of an expensive week with food costs and then last minute plans with a friend and her kids. But we had the best day today and I loved seeing them so happy and showing them where I live and beach I always walk along it was worth it. Just need to try and be sensible for rest of the month.

Supposed to be off to cinema tomorrow and out for dinner, probably be a N@ndos which I have a red reward for so should be just the drink. Got my pick and mix for the cinema already that was one of my random purchases this week along with stuff I probably didn't need but wanted during prime days! Ooops. Will work out damage over next few days and adjust my plan accordingly.
