Forum was down so couldnt get the stuff coupon_mad wrote, will send to dvla later on.
But i have received a letter from cel which i like to share.
Confirmation of cancellation - (claim number)
We wrote to you on 24/01/2020 regarding a County Court Judgement (CCJ) which we stated had been obtained against you in relation to the above detailed claim.

Unfortunately,  this letter was sent to you in error. We can advise that Judgement has not been entered in relation to the claim against you. The case was in fact stayed by the Court but due to an administrative error, it was marked as a judgement having been entered against you on our records.

We have now corrected this error and further, we will be writing to the Court to withdraw the outstanding claim against you and cancelling the PCN. This will conclude the matter. You do not need to take any further action and you can disregard our previous letter and offer to settle.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Yours faithfully,

    Legal Team
    Civil Enforcement Team

Usual template response at this point.
Steve Clark - notice that if you dont start to sanction members for actions that in my opinion DEFINITELY hit the bar for a Fraud Act 2006 *criminal* prosecution, then your days are even more quickly numbered.

It seems to meet the standard for the tort of deceit.
