It's the best and only way to stay safe and move on Mel. Cut off the oxygen and look forward to life without constant anxiety and stress. He's just pushing the buttons so leave him to play his games out in the ether.

But you got an interview. Lots don't even get that.
I'm not trying to belittle your disappointment ...I'm only trying to put some perspective on the situation.
Also look on that interview as practice for next time.

There must be a lot of competition for a job with MS Mel. As said above you got an interview. not everyone gets that.

It's got you back in job seeking mode and there will be somthing out there with your name on it.

It's harder anyway during a pandemic as many have lost work or been laid off,

Not long until Greebo moves in so turn the frown upside down.

That's a shame Melly, but you seem to get plenty of interviews and then jobs so I wouldn't worry too much, things happen for a reason, there is a better one waiting for you. Chin up things will always go up and down, it's life xx
