Morning (wavey hand)
I hope everyone is safe and well. It's blowing hard here - and I live in the East!
I've really caught the flylady bugLaid in bed (listening to the hoolie) and then waiting for the kettle to boil for my morning brew I was plotting and planning: that needs to go there, that can go in there, that and that are for cs, hmmm where can they go? (clappey hands)
I want to hang up my Elvis calendars. Not sure that I want to pin them to my wall with drawing pins. Any ideas?
Stay safe

Morning all
Not too much flying beyond food shop and the basics yesterday. DH not well and I’m feeling under the weather too now, going to just potter about again today, the bathroom fitter starts tomorrow so no doubt that may cause some extra dust etc this week so I can just catch up when feeling better.
i did make some delicious soup yesterday, was just what we needed, rest of it has gone in the freezer for another time. Going to do some cooking today too, just a casserole in the slow cooker that we can have tomorrow evening as we are both due to be going out.
Pretty sure I’m not going to be leaving the house anyway today, it’s blowing a hoolie here too!
Stay safe everyone, hugs to those in need x6 -
I've been awake most of the night. The wind, rain and thunder here is unreal
On flood alert too, so happy days!8 -
Morning flyfolk, hope everyone is safe in the storm. My neighbour’s fence panel has just blown down the road.
i have filled the washing machine up, ready to put on when everyone is dressed.
We are having a day at home today so hope we can tackle the hovel.9 -
Dailies done.
Time for a little more decluttering methinks. Coffee first though.
Hugs to Dizzy xx

Morning all, I am back as me
Came downstairs to find water on downstairs office windowsill. DH had some concerns about the brickwork above it a while ago. We are still within guarantee period for the windows so will have to ring them. Its not as windy as I expected though.
Nothing much planned for today, I really should tackle some of my study work but don't want to do it, have got so behind with it. Some coffee first.10 -

Who hasn't quite got the hang of quoting and commenting thereon. Rather taken the shine off the fact I managed to upload a profile picture.

...And I was just thinking what a fab picture, Valli.
I can’t get to grips with the Thanks lark - I’m thanking and unthanking (that is now an official word) as I can’t seem to see what I’ve done! Even after resorting to the tablet rather than my phone.
It’s soooo windy here in the west. We were supposed to be out for lunch with my best friend but we have cancelled. It’s an hour’s drive and lots of roads through trees, so probably sensible but I was looking forward to it. And DH has just told me that there is a tree down just up the road so we are cut off to the east anyway. Even worse, I now have no excuse not to clean the bathroom. I am, however, in danger of frittering away the day, looking at the weather.
