and remember to check the hand baggage sizing for the Flybe flight (they tend to be smaller than other carriers) are you going with just hand luggage or will you still need to pay for hold luggage?0

You should be fine on the positioning flight stopping for a night over. I have done the last Ryanair flight from Man to Dub a few times then dossed upstairs near to macdonalds for about 7 hours, not for everyone I know🙄
So what arrangements for your return leg, are you returning to Dub and giving enough time for poss delays before the Exeter flight? I don't mind getting the positioning flight to Dub but always get the return back to Man to avoid potential delays.
The flight from Vegas is scheduled to land at 13:15, and the flight from Dublin to Exeter takes off at 18:35.
We dossed down overnight at Edinburgh Airport when we had an early flight to Bangkok, too noisy to sleep at all, so we said that was last time we did thatWill book Dublin hotel..

We are going with hand luggage, yep i have noted sizes allowed, and its 10KG overall allowance ( cabin case + handbag/laptop bag etc )
We have done hand luggage for week long hols several times, and that has been only 5KG with some airlines (TUI IIRC )0 -
Swords is 14k out of Dublin and its so not cheap for taxis nor drinking and eating. Seriously it makes London look cheep
Pick a decent - ish hotel on the airport. All are in walking distance of the terminals or there's a airport bus0 -
Hotels in Dublin City centre can be had for fairly decent prices if you book in advance. With being hand luggage only you won’t have the hassle of taking your luggage back and forth either.
That said, airport hotels will likely be cheaper so it depends on your budget. The airport and city is well connected by frequent busses, there’s two operators and I’m sure at least one of them run all night.0
