TadleyBaggie, you say and rightly so, but I faithfully bought a phone that is useless to me. How is that right?0

The sellers have obviously made an innocent mistake, so I see nothing wrong with getting it unlocked so I can use it. I payed for it.0

As mentioned on here and the other thread you need the owner to do it.
Now to do that you need to find the owner.
Did the sellr have alot of phones ?
Wonder if it was hooky goods.0 -
DCFC79, No that was the only phone they had for sale. I definetly cant find the original owner because it was a car boot far from home and no guarantee they would be there again.0

Why? What is "hooky" about the OP's purchase? What does that even mean?
If you read the other thread on this subject you will discover that the OP paid silly money for a product they had no knowledge about.
If thinking it was "an honest mistake" by a "lovely family" makes the experience easier to stomach then good on the OP for continuing to believe that.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid1 -

No I doubt this honestly they seemed like the perfect family and took care of their products. Even their clothes looked immaculate.0

Selling dodgy goods at inflated prices will mean that you can always afford decent clothing. :rotfl:Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid1
