It is nice of you to think I have a valuable contribution to make on every subject you can think of.
Proceeding with the first stage of the election was curious but matters have moved so swiftly in hours and days not weeks. I suspect the election was overtaken by events. While call for social distancing and bringing in strong regulations to ensure it happens and then people voting makes little sense. However the Corona Virus  story is the only story in Town and has already moved beyond that just as it has saved Priti Patel’s job in the UK.

Interesting tactic in the new advise from the Johnson.
Advise people not to visit Pubs, clubs and restaurants. Then with no customers they close with the Government having clean hands. Quite the opposite of many EU countries who have ordered the closure of in some cases a long list of places including (keeping to the spirit of this thread) estate agents!

Macron in a very severe and stern public broadcast has announced as I write this (amongst many other things) the second stage of voting has been postponed.
He has just said “we are at war against a virus”

All estate agents will collapse anyway with Boris including them in with the pubs
