Dropping paperwork into a local court, which will be a drop bo only, is essential travel. It is complying with the courts order3

Any chance this can be taken to another thread, so the OP isnt put off even further?
OP - make your best decision on this. its entirely up to you, but you MUST know the pitfalls of emailing a document to the courts at *any* time, and we have no indication that this situation is even the same as normal - it could well be far worse.
Unlike onlyfools, who appears to blithely claim that the courts "must" do things, we have no evidence that they *are* actually doing anything.4 -
Okay everyone thank you for all your opinions. I will be dropping off the court papers at the court as I have already had and recovered from CV and my car hasn't been driven in over 2 weeks so does need a drive anyway.
I will then be going to the post office on the way back to post the claimants bundle.Thank you everyone for your suggestions5 -
Document bundle filed at court (they wouldnt even let me into the building to put it in the drop box, a security gaurd/clerk took the papers from me at the door and said they would file them) I have also filed a duplicate bundle by email with the court.Claimants bundle has been posted 1st class and i have retained proof of postage for when they deny receiving them. Now to await the claimants bundle..........IF they send one2

You've done everything you possibly could.2

As the OP has received the advice they require I am closing this thread.
Can I please remind everyone to be nice to all other posters, especially during these times.
If you see a post that you feel breaks the Forum rules of being nice report it and DO NOT RESPOND TO IT! This simply adds to our workload and may result in infractions on your responses too.
