Yes, we know how it works.

They are already offering you a full refund. What more do you think CRA15 is going to get you, and how do you think enforcing your legal rights against a dealer who disagrees will work?

And, for the third time of asking, how much more do you think you should be due...?
  • Look money is not the issue,I sold my car when I was excepted for finance, I need a car to get me to work.
As the finance company own the car they in effect misold me the car,now I can ask them to repair it ((not possible) or for a replacement by which I mean are they obliged to refinance me into another car?
If not will the rejecting the car impact on my credit report?

Great. So we're all agreed that a full refund is as good as you're going to get.

Do that dealer have anything else you'd want? If so, nice and simple.

If not, then your decision not to buy any of their stock is not their problem. They give you your money back. You can buy whatever you like from whoever you like.

    No, they didn't.

You had already decided to buy that car when they first heard about its existence.
now I can ask them to repair it ((not possible) or for a replacement by which I mean are they obliged to refinance me into another car?
No. They aren't obliged to do anything except release you from the finance contract. If the dealer refused to refund, then they might also have an obligation under s75 of the Consumer Credit Act.

The dealer is obliged to give you a full refund. Which you're getting.
If not will the rejecting the car impact on my credit report?
    No.

I moan about that as well. I wasn’t happy when I bought a brand new car and it had 17 miles on it?!?
