The law see`s to it that debtors cannot be chased "im (or for) perpetuity" and says that 6 years is sufficient time for a creditor to enforce any rights granted them by a court, they are well aware of their duty to enforce a judgement within that time frame, so if they fail to enforce those rights, then that is their problem, and not the debtors.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Yep the CCJ has been off my credit rating now for 2 years!
Guys thanks for all the replies. I'm a little wary of contatcing them, it might just open a can of worms but I'll see what happens in the next few weeks phone call wise and might call them then.
Thanks0 -

If I were you I'd continue to avoid them, not answer their calls and not contact them.
I gather from elsewhere Capquest call using a huge number of different mobile numbers.
You may be able to configure your phone to only 'ring' when an incoming number is in your contact list and dump the rest to voicemail.0
