Worst bank?

I went to the Colostomy and Catheter Bank to open a current account (slogan: "You'll cry with glee at C and C") and they absolutely insisted on calling my doctor and telling them I had ebola. Then they called the police and told them that I had "waved a gun around and then done something horrible to a frozen chicken in their branch, oh god there are bones everywhere" when in actual fact all I had done is ask to withdraw some money to go on my holiday. When I pointed this out they kicked me in the balls, good thing the police marksmen shot me because that distracted me from the pain.
Still better than NatWest.urs sinserly,

I played it out differently, I called them out asking !!!!!! is wrong with their system, I could not send a transfer (for n-th time). They made me aware of the situation and quickly I was transferred to the manager. Without me asking for it, they offered me cash compensation of £150 which I accepted, I was on the line for 30 minutes, I guess it was worth it. Maybe they didn't wanted to lose another customer (I've been with them for 12 years now).george4064 wrote: »My worst ever experience with a bank was with TSB around the time they were upgrading their IT systems, clearly there is a particular reason why my experience was particularly bad but I have since switched to another provide and am much happier for it!0 -

The usual term seems to be 2 years from the date of the promo launch.
I wanted to apply last year but the T's and C's stated I mustn't have had an HSBC account since October 2017.
When I checked again after their immediate re-launch around new year it now stated that I mustn't have had an account since the 1st of January 2018.
When did my account officially close? ... the 30th of December 2017.
:D:D • The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.0 -
