Noble City Living (Also known as Noble Build & Design) - Sheffield - Anyone dealt with them?

Hello we are two French people and we were very close to being fooled by reserving two rooms in their residences.

Do you know of more serious agencies? Who offers the same kind of rooms?

Ended up moving into one of their flats. Not as bad as what the reviews say. I am very happy actually

After living in this Printworks flat for 18 months here are my main realisations:
1. Prices are not the same as advertised, my flat was listed at £368, then they quickly told me the price was £668. I was desperate so I paid it.
2. Heating and electricity bills are supposed to be included but I paid £300 in surcharge bills for other people using extra electricity in my floor. I didn't pay that so they gave me threats and a notice of eviction 

 There is also a thief inside the property dorms, the door lock keys are all the same, when I complain I was told to move out if you are not happy. My Macbook pro worth £425 was stolen and I was told CCTV inside doesn't work for tenants.

Now I moved to another home and I can live peacefully
