Noble City Living (Also known as Noble Build & Design) - Sheffield - Anyone dealt with them?

I have been thinking about renting a new flat from them,
I see they are also known as Noble Build & Design
Has anybody used them before?

Biggest mistake of my life was deciding to live here and now can't get out, waste of my £6,500 for a crap room and **** kitchen. They do not give a **** about any of the students living here, they just pretend so they can rip you off - only benefit is the toilet that everyone needs to use and they cant be bothered to fix it since November and its almost February.

We also had a terrible experience not only due to this but down to lack of internal communication the day before our handover date which resulted in myself visiting Noble's office to ensure that the work was carried out in a timely manner.

To be honest I have signed up to this forum just because of this thread
I too have been cheated by this company, I was looking for a place to stay and upon agreeing to proceed with the appartment, I sent them £400, and they started ignoring my emails, and I was in urgent need of a place since I had nowhere to stay.



That was the last I heard from them, they switched their tone and stopped responding to my emails.
I now lost out on £400 and the company keeps telling me they dont refund money



If anybody wishes to see proof of the conversation between me and Jade, the lady who deals with lettings, PM me and I will share them.

Soundproofing does not exist here, I can hear all my neighbors doing absolutely everything. Morning time I can hear my neighbour from upstairs and usually on evenings also. My friend was straight guy before he came to this place, he is into dudes now. I don't know what is happening.
