I'm 9 days away from being completely overdraft free for the first time in many, many years. I owed £1750 in overdraft debt when I joined these diaries. I'm about 45 days away from being loan free. I've had that loan for nearly 5 years and it was a loan which I couldn't afford. Can't wait to be free of these 2 debts!

Feeling pretty emotional about my final overdraft being paid off today. When I joined these diaries in 2018, this felt such a long way off. One more loan payment feels great too …. I've struggled to pay that for the 59 months I've had it to be honest. It will feel fantastic to clear that next month. Then, it's full steam on clearing my credit card and building an EF. I have £1215 in a Help to Buy ISA. Not sure I will ever be able to buy especially in this recession but I am pleased to be saving.Store card £140 £117 - Store card £150 - Overdraft £200 - PayPal £364 - Loan 1 £5052 - Loan 2 £1733 - Credit card £2890 - Car hire purchase £3200 - Savings £0.5
