Retail park -Parking fine - not wholly parked within bay

Hi All Here is my predicament ... Driver ( myself ) received a parking charge from a retail parking company in Liverpool ( Park Watch ) saying that driver had parked over the white lines in the parking bay ( not parked wholly within bay ) ... driver had done this as it was an end parking spot and the car that was parked to…

no problem with you posting again if you get a formal 30 day LBC , or a court claim from the CCBC in Northampton , or a reply from your MP , etc , just not debt collector rubbish , thanks (we are sick to the back teeth of the irrelevant debt collector stuff)

I have asked for the posts in the newbies thread to be archived by a board guide , so that will be sorted out, plus you werent the only one who posted in there by mistake
