Parking charge from PremierPark Ltd

UPDATE:
Premier Park Ltd came back after their first response to my initial appeal, providing me with a POPLA code to submit a further appeal to them. (Good advice here from Nosferatu, to ignore their first response and await their next communication.)
I've now submitted my appeal to POPLA and will update this thread further once I have my next update to provide.0 -
What did your PoPLA appeal look like?WilburJaguar said:I've now submitted my appeal to POPLA and will update this thread further once I have my next update to provide.
Was it based on those found linked from post #3 of the NEWBIES thread?2 -

Yeah I specifically utilised the DropBox-linked appeal found within Post 3 by CouponMad (Using Ctrl+F, search the following: THAT IS WHAT A WINNING POPLA APPEAL CAN LOOK LIKE, VERY LONG AND WITH IMAGES. The first link above this sentence is what I referenced.), only after researching lots of other linked threads within that post, along with further forum threads to see what further relevant information I could apply to my own appeal.
UPDATE:
I am glad to report that, upon submission of my appeal (on March 11th) POPLA have come back today (March 30th) confirming that PremierPark - EW do not wish to contest my appeal and as such, it is successful. I must give all my thanks to everyone that has helped me directly or indirectly, to beat back the bullies that are the Parking "Management" industry!
If I should update this thread anywhere else to show that this thread follows a successful appeal, please let me know how/where, so as to help anyone else that may be in a similar situation.
Thanks again; much love to all!1 -

Well done on removing the nasty from the sole of your shoe! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
