No one here is likely to be able to unravel all that. Why not ask your Welsh Assembly Member to help you?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You can send a supplementary WS with the new information. It will be up to the court whether they accept it. Please show us the alleged contract for us to have a look at as well.

Should we send Coupon-mad's draft letter to the court now that the hearing has been adjourned?
Coupon-mad's starts the thread with ............Looks like we need a covering email that goes with a witness statement/evidence/costs assessment right now, in anticipation of a likely Telephone Hearing but trying (again) to get a strike out instead?!
