Thank you to everyone who has helped get to this stage of the process, I attach my Draft Order which would need to be sent to the court by tomorrow. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I suggest you mention the company named on their WS and the different company named on the contract before pointing out they are registered as separate trading companies at Companies House.
In addition to saying there is no contract between the Landowner and Excel, I would mention that there is no corresponding contract between the landowner and an agent allowing to act on the landowner's behalf.

    I would change this,
"Vehicle Control Services Ltd and Excel Parking Services Ltd are both owned by the same person Simon Renshore-Smith and the two sister parking firms …"
    to this,
"Excel Parking Services are wholly owned by Vehicle Control Services, both owned by Simon Renshaw Smith, and the two companies and owner …"

By the way, SR-S has form for operating without landowner permission. See VCS vs Ibbotson.
From a news article at the time (sadly pre-PoFA and pre IPC),

"The judge ordered Mr Renshaw-Smith to come to court next month to explain why he had pursued Mr Ibbotson when he had ‘no lawful contractual assignment of authority to do so."
The judge found for the defendant.

I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

    Hi, nosferatu1001
Oh dear I am worried now......I do apologise for the mistakes that I made in the costs assessment.....I have never had to produce a costs assessment before.............it is all so confusing......I did copy the costs from another one which had been posted before and added my bits into it, obviously my attention to detail was lacking in the rush to get this in, with the witness statement etc......... I am hoping that perhaps the Judge may appreciate the bewildering nature of all of this...............i.e. the court processes to a lay person.......because its all so scary......... and it is clear, that because of everyone's  ignorance with all the court processes, (unless you are a lawyer or practiced in submitting/defending claims) this is exactly why these car parking companies can get away with it.......... the odds are all very heavily stacked against the defendants.
I do hope that the court award the mileage......as  I am unable to leave my house because I am high risk .....so my mother (whom lives at a different address) had to amend,  print off..... compile....... and drive to the court to deliver my witness statement and all my  exhibits  by hand,  because of the virus......I am truly grateful for your and everyone's help with this situation.....I don't know what would have happened had it not been for all of you all this site......thank you

I wouldnt panic too much! Th is is an optional document, and I doubt a judge would be too put off by it!
Mileage for delivering the ws is NOT ordinary costs. Ordinary costs is ONLY for the *hearing* itself. Nothing more.

I bought an Epson XP 247 for less than £30, it is excellent and the inks are less than a pound each

    No difference at all. Sorry.
As I stated, "ordinary costs" relates to costs associated with getting to and from, and attending, the hearing
It has nothing tod o with printiing, posting, delivering *anything* before the hearing.
