bristolleedsfan - I don't do Lands End on a daily basis because there is a trick to getting this to track on a daily basis. I only do clicks on a daily basis if they appear in the daily/recurring section across all cashback sites. I know some people do quite a few of the free offers on a daily basis on the same cashback sites. Others set up a new email address for each cashback site they join and do all the free offers on each cashback site once. I just think this results in the offer ending quicker thus others miss out or the merchant classes all the transactions as fraudulent and refuses to pay up. Most of the cashback sites that encourage people to do Land's End on a daily basis only offer 50% cashback i.e. they are benefitting.
1 member of Quidsinuk did 50 Lands End transactions within 4 days  Andy the owner quite rightly informed the network, reversed the transactions and banned the person from clicking on Land's End.
Another clicker has also stated they use the property guide for address changes.
I'm not saying this is illegal however I think it is morally wrong. These merchants don't have a bottomless pit to spend on advertising especially in the current financial climate. My conscience just won't allow me to do the free offers on a daily basis.
The reason that I do Lands End on a daily basis on the sites I mentioned in the earlier post is because its in the daily click section of the websites concerned. I only asked why you stated that you dont do it because others might think it was for non tracking reasons.
As for the apparent morality and conscience that you portray you will have noticed my comments on a Fat Cheese thread elsewhere on MSE.
Its also worth remembering that comparison searches are intended ( by the merchants) to be for people who are " genueinly interested in a product", ( see cascade notes http://www.cashbackchief.co.uk/sub_categories.asp?id=5 ) as opposed to people using them for earning challenges and a tax free income. This might explain why kelkoo is now 1p on most sites against 10p + in the not to distant past. As you say : " These merchants don't have a bottomless pit to spend on advertising especially in the current financial climate."
Personally I operate within the rules that the Cashback sites themselves set, no more and no less, if any newer viewers wonders how a different email address can be created for different purposes and avoidance of a lot of junk email to a principal email address.
http://www.spamgourmet.com/ Sometimes email activation is required so useful to allow 1 or 2 emails to be received, in those instances the email address would look like this :

Hi
This is probably a really stupid question but forgive me if it is. Is there a way I can jump to the last thread I've read on here without trawling through and trying to remember where I was up to? I've just noticed the threads have a number at the top and I've trying putting this in as a search but no luck. It's 5 o'clock somewhere!0 -

This was posted on Cashback Rewards yesterday so people might like to make the most of it :
"Whilst talking to the Network yesterday, they advised us that Kayak are re-considering working with Cashback sites at the moment - so the clicks may disappear altogether by the end of next week."0 -
Hi
Was wondering does anyone actually make any money on quidco? I've had a quick read on the thread and it seems the money made on there just goes to paying the admin fee. Is there any point joining?
Thanks : )0 -
Hi everyone,
I'm quite new to to this daily clicking and have just started to get used to it by doing a few at a time on TCB, MBM and Greasypalm. Just waiting for Eagerlearners email before I take the plunge
What I want to know is when I click on sites such as Kelkoo, do I have to then use it to search for something or is clicking on it til it loads sufficient?
TIA and happy clicking

Lola_bunny - Welcome to the thread. Quidco has 9p worth of daily clicks that works out at £32.85 per year the admin fee is only £5. Quidco sometimes has exclusive deals on insurance, mobile etc.
Linz - Welcome to the thread. Kelkoo - you have to search for a product and then click through to the retailer in order to get this to track. It might track just visiting but it might not confirm. Some cashback sites state that if you search in some categories i.e. property you won't receive cashback. If you are new to clicking then you might find the step-by-step instructions to the different daily clicks on the getting started page of my website helpful.0 -

In addition to the 4p x2 daily clicks their are one off "no spend" cashbacks available on the site as per the info in the linked Quid clan, Quidco is not the best site for no spend cashbacks it can however be very productive when it has exclusive higher cashbacks for service applications/switches e.g Broadband/ Gas and Electric.

Re: "Does anyone actually make any money on Quidco", over the course of the last 18 Months ive received 1000.00+ from Quidco which is in addition to 1000.00 + ive received within last 12 -18 Months from Cashback Kings, and Topcashback with 800.00 + received from Getpoundsback which is in addition to lesser amounts from other Cashback Sites so IMO worth joining Quidco + other CB sites. :beer:0 -

Hi everyone - well what dismal weather compared to the lovely weekend! We were away luckily and got lots of sun - so let's keep fingers crossed for this week and beyond - anything has to be better than last Summer!
I have replied to all clicking guide requests and e-mailed guides - if you haven't yet received yours, pop me a PM reminding me of your e-mail address and I will resend. Be sure to check junk folders just in case.
Welcome to all newbies - Sunshine12 I am so glad you are seeing how easy it can be, once you get over a few initial queries. Thankfully BeenieCat is far more helpful in these techhie matters than I could ever be :T
Atti this is the perfect time to start clicking as we're along way from Christmas, which I find is lots of people's ideal goal to save towards. PM me your e-mail adderss and I can send you the latest guide, so you can make a start! Feel free to lurk away on this thread... but also post some messages - like what your goal will be and I can add you to page 1 :j
Jamespir - Welcome to the thread! The latest clicking guide has lots of tips and starting info as well as a list of sites I currently recommend. Pop me a PM if you have not yet done so and I will e-mail you a copy across.
Powned - I used to have trouble with Kelkoo on Quidco then it improved - maybe I was doing something wrong! Then I decided to quit doing the 1p and 2p clicks as had less time, but for those who can, it could be worth it across all the cashback sites, especially now that lots of them are cutting back on clicks.
Lolabunny - Have popped you over an e-mail - definately worth joining Quidco as you can make a lot on there with purchases - I have easily made £900 in 2 years by buying what I would normally buy :T That admin fee pales in significance to the offers on insurance / travel / stationery etc etc that you can get cashback on, on things you may already buy anyway. You can even buy from Boots as an example of a 'bog standard' place you would use on the high street but perhaps never thought of using online, to get cashback as a bonus! There is also WPT which I have inclided details of in the guide as well as a couple of other new ideas...
I agree with comments about forums not being as great as they could be, and customer service often lacking. I recently e-mailed Cashinco and asked where my £10 was, and was asked to 'check the forum' - well it would have taken him the same amount of typing to say '30 days from payment request' or something similar. Anyway rant over...
In terms of what is acceptable to click or not and any moral concerns, I think each person has to decide how they feel. If a site is offering a daily click that's one thing, but as an example I don't request catalogues or enter comps as a) I don't want my address all over the place re junk mail and b) I would worry they'd sell on my address to others. Plus if they are sending a glossy catalogue they are definately expecting a sale, and if I know I don't like the product, I won't ask for one. If it's Kath Kidston for example, I will!
My preferred clicks are the simple ones, anything earning over 2p, and any bonus money from ordering say a SIM card, or joining a website (say Baileys for example, which I like anyway). They are harder and harder to come by, so I have now supplemented clicks with reading e-mails etc - details are in the 2nd e-mail I have sent to anyone who pm'd me asking for the guide.
Have a lovely day folks and given the rain outside - warming cups of tea needed for all here on the thread I think :rotfl:
