Because the "Sim is free", they are not charging for the sim, 10.00 minimum spend is for the credit, unless im mistaken a sim with no credit on is no good to man or beast. Of course some people would like to get a free sim that they will never use and 2.50 Cashback. ( Please see Post no 1911)0 -

Buycentral - is back up and tracking
Chief/Cascade - Appears to be back to its form glory - confirmations are all complete & payments are being processed within hours. Congratulations to Hollytree & Cashing who have reached £15 payment threshold. I've got enough to cash out on Chief but 22p short on Cascade. :rotfl:
Loyaltyshopper - I won Review of the Week, this time for my trivala review. This means instead of getting 10p (40p from Quanti) from a 100% cashback site; I got £1.15 (5p cashback, 10p for review & £1 for winning review of the week).
Opinion World - Received £1 paypal payment for completing a survey - no paypal charges incurred. Opinionworld can be found on various cashback sites. (Get paid 50p on TCB & Quanti.)
Eagerlearner - I've just claimed referral fee on Chief/Cascade and it has been added to my pending balance. Just out of curiosity will this be confirmed in approx 30 days i.e. in the next batch of confirmations.
Idlesaver - I stated on my website back in March that Family Mobile had popped up on a few sites and that it wasn't really a no purchase required offer because you have to pay £10. It is slightly misleading and probably shouldn't be included in the no spend category, unfortunately it is too good to be true to get £2.50 cashback for a free sim card.
Happy clicking
