HELP Please!! Few queries hoping you can help me with. x

Q1. Ive noticed when Im clicking Cashillion/SYC/WMC that an error comes up each time when Im closing the window saying "An error has occurred in the script on this page. Do you want to keep running scripts on this page yes/no." Also noticed that loads of them not tracking and not sure if connected. Can anyone help me as I dont know much about computers and not sure if Im doing something wrong.

Just click yes and it should still work, althoughi haven't had this prob running the latest version of FF so check you're all up to date with FF & Java.
Q2. Did anyone have trouble with Fatcheese tracking yesterday? Ive had no clicks showing since 21st transactions.
Q3. Is there a way to log into fatcheese and stay logged? Clicking remember me but it doesnt and not sure if thats cause Im deleting cookies or if thats not connected to it.
FatCheese also asks me to log in everytime even though i ask it to remember me, so glad it's not just me! I clear cookies via CCleaner and have a list of cookies NOT to delete which saves time, but still FC isn't storing that cookie.
Q4. On some of the SYC ones it says, sorry not available in your area (obviously they dont know where I live which is a bit strange) then it redirects me to a superbingo website. ????

They know roughly where you are by your IP address, have you ever noticed on certain (usually dodgy) sites they offer you dating in your exact town? Well that's how they know where you live. I've had the Superbingo page a couple of times but not consistently so i've just ignored it and moved on.
Q5. On no purchase required sites do I have to activate each account via my e-mail before they will pay out or can they be ignored?

Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance :)
Some don't send confirmation emails, so it really depends on the site but i always check just in case as some of them won't pay out unless you've confirmed the email address.

  • Hi all
Feels like I'm always going to have tracking problems on CB Chief and Cascade with Cascade Compare. Was only tracking once a day for ages (despite aspella's help and suggestions) and for the last four days hasn't tracked at all. Does anyone else have the amount of trouble that I seem to be having? I tried someone's suggestion to use IE instead of Firefox but it was so slow I lost patience and went back to FF.
    It's 5 o'clock somewhere!

FF= Firefox (me being lazy :p)

Java is just a plugin that is in your browser to run scripts on webpages, you can see which version you have by going to Tools > Addons > Plugins
Users of Firefox 3.0 and later are advised to update to Java Runtime Environment 6.0 Update 10 or later in order to use the new Java plugin. Pre-release versions of SeaMonkey 2.0 and Firefox 3.5 require the new Java plugin, and will not work with older versions.

In the left hand corner of your window, if it has the orange world icon then it's firefox, or if it's a blue 'e' it's internet explorer. I'm wildly guessing at possible solutions, i'm not techy at all! :D

bristolleedsfan - I don't do Lands End on a daily basis because there is a trick to getting this to track on a daily basis. I only do clicks on a daily basis if they appear in the daily/recurring section across all cashback sites. I know some people do quite a few of the free offers on a daily basis on the same cashback sites. Others set up a new email address for each cashback site they join and do all the free offers on each cashback site once. I just think this results in the offer ending quicker thus others miss out or the merchant classes all the transactions as fraudulent and refuses to pay up. Most of the cashback sites that encourage people to do Land's End on a daily basis only offer 50% cashback i.e. they are benefitting.

1 member of Quidsinuk did 50 Lands End transactions within 4 days  Andy the owner quite rightly informed the network, reversed the transactions and banned the person from clicking on Land's End.

Another clicker has also stated they use the property guide for address changes.

I'm not saying this is illegal however I think it is morally wrong. These merchants don't have a bottomless pit to spend on advertising especially in the current financial climate. My conscience just won't allow me to do the free offers on a daily basis.
