After many years paying Virgin lots of money for a service I hardly use, I am looking at the competition. I currently have broadband and basic tv. Choose your replacement. Call and give your notice. They may call you back with a retention offer after some days - I guess also they may not. SO be prepared to leave, which it sounds like you are, and you never know you may get lucky with a decent retention offer.
